Are you a confident relationship builder with a strategic mindset and a passion for uncovering new business?
Our client, a luxury and prestigious hotel, is looking for a Sales Manager to lead proactive business development and secure direct corporate bookings, with a strong emphasis on growing national and local accounts. As Sales Manager, your focus will be on identifying and developing revenue-generating opportunities across key market sectors. You\’ll work closely with internal teams and external clients to grow business from both new and existing accounts, particularly in the MICE sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded Sales Manager to make a real impact within a high-profile property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and target new business leads through client visits, calls, events and networking opportunities
- Drive MICE business and develop partnerships with key corporate clients
- Organise and host site visits, show rounds and FAM trips to showcase the venue\’s offering
- Represent the business at relevant trade shows and exhibitions
- Support reactive sales efforts by assisting in enquiry conversion and building strong commercial relationships
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends
- Manage account tracking, reporting and the renewal of corporate agreements
