Are you organised, proactive and enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to provide vital support to their sales team and ensure clients receive a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to delivery. In this role, you’ll be the hub that connects sales, customers and internal teams, helping the business operate efficiently while giving our sales team the freedom to focus on building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administration and coordination
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals and contracts
- Keep CRM systems up to date with accurate client and pipeline information
- Liaise with numerous internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly
- Provide support with pricing, product information and customer enquiries
- Track follow-ups, deadlines and pipeline activities
- Generate sales reports and summaries to inform team performance
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for the sales team
- Help onboard new clients, including account setup and documentation
- Ensure processes and procedures are followed across all sales activities
