Our client, a luxury hotel in Milton Keynes is looking for a confident and personable Guest Relations Executive to play central role ensuring every visitor enjoys a seamless and personalised stay from the moment they book until they leave.
This is a varied, customer focused role where no two days are the same.
You'll spend your time building relationships with guests, coordinating special requests, identifying opportunities to enhance each stay and maximising revenue through personalised recommendations, upselling and encouraging future direct bookings.
The role is full time and requires flexibility work hours in line with business needs.
