Our client is looking for a highly skilled, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a key role as the primary point of contact for customers while providing essential support to the sales team.

This is a hybrid role following the probation period, with three days in the office and two days from home.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key contracts and provide dedicated support, collaborating closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to maintain service levels and deliver a seamless customer service.
- Ensure all customer enquiries are handled promptly, effectively and with clear communication and fully resolved.
- Accurately process quotes, orders and service requests, collaborating with customers to complete necessary documentation.
- Keep customers informed of order progress, including any potential delays.
- Assist customers with returns, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure parts are dispatched correctly or returned for repair.

- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
