Our client is looking for a skilled Business Operations & Support Coordinator to support the smooth running of core business functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring effective coordination across departments, supporting administrative processes, customer interactions and project delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations, drive efficiencies and contribute to the success of ongoing projects and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient administrative support across departments
  • Manage schedules, documentation and streamline internal processes
  • Organise and track machinery servicing and repairs
  • Support with export documentation and logistics
  • Act as a primary contact for customer inquiries, assisting with quotations and order processing
  • Liaise with technical teams and clients to ensure timely service delivery
  • Support project managers in planning and executing cross-functional projects
  • Maintain project documentation, monitor deadlines and track progress
  • Assist with new product launches, including data management and team coordination
  • Help identify areas for operational improvement and contribute ideas to streamline workflows
  • Document and update standard operating procedures

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in operations coordination, service administration or project support
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
  • Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
  • Experience tracking performance metrics or reporting on key activities
  • Background in a manufacturing, engineering, or service-based environment would be ideal, but not essential
