We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a growing international organisation and play a key role across its UK operations. The Role
- Work closely with senior leaders and local management teams, providing clear financial insight to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Take ownership of core management accounting, reporting, forecasting and budgeting activities.
- Partner with senior leadership and operational teams, providing commercial financial advice and insight.
- Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Lead management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee month-end activities and ensure accurate and timely financial close.
- Manage balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.
- Review P&L performance and investigate variances against budget and forecast.
- Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Support the development and capability of the wider finance team.
- Utilise ERP and finance systems to maintain accurate financial records, journals and reporting.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, controls and reporting.
About You
- We are looking for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical finance expertise with excellent commercial and relationship-building skills.
- You will ideally have ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Strong experience across management accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or commercially focused finance role.
- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet management and month-end processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn financial data into meaningful business insight.
- Experience working with ERP and finance systems; Oracle or a similar system would be advantageous.
- Good understanding of financial controls, governance and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within a larger or international organisation would be beneficial.
