Role: We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate Senior Housing Management Officer to join a local authority team dedicated to supporting residents and tackling anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse.
You’ll be the key point of contact for managing sensitive cases, working closely with victims, perpetrators, and partner agencies to deliver tailored interventions and long-term solutions.
What You’ll
Doing: Managing a diverse caseload of ASB and domestic abuse cases, including high-risk and complex situations.
Conducting interviews and risk assessments with victims and perpetrators.
Collaborating with police, legal teams, mental health services, and other partners.
Preparing legal documentation and representing the council in court when required.
Supporting tenancy sustainment and reducing the risk of tenancy failure.
Ensuring safeguarding protocols are followed and residents are protected.
