Responsibilities
- Lead operational asset management and consultancy assignments across BTR, PRS and PBSA assets.
- Advise investors and asset owners on operational strategy and value enhancement initiatives.
- Conduct operational audits and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Analyse portfolio performance and develop market-leading strategic recommendations.
- Undertake market research, benchmarking and competitor analysis in living sectors.
- Develop business plans and operational improvement programmes for existing and newly acquired assets.
- Lead workshops with clients, operators and stakeholders to drive performance improvements.
- Manage operator procurement processes, including tenders and reviewing operating partner appointments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to investors and asset owners.
- Produce market reports, asset reviews and investment recommendations.
- Support growth of the consultancy through business development and thought leadership.
- Contribute to internal team leadership and mentoring of junior colleagues.
