We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will have end-to-end responsibility for a portfolio of residential assets, ensuring robust financial management and delivering meaningful commercial insight. Preparing monthly management accounts, variance analysis and financial reporting. Managing rent and income processes, including collections, arrears monitoring and reconciliations. Producing annual budgets, forecasts and longer-term financial plans. Supporting year-end accounts, audits and statutory reporting requirements. Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders to support decision-making. Monitoring financial controls and identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies. Assisting with systems optimisation and ongoing finance transformation initiatives. Supporting the growth of the business through clear financial analysis and reporting. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be nearing completion).Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting. Experience within property, real estate, residential, hospitality, operational living or asset-intensive sectors would be advantageous.
