An established Residential Management Company are looking for a Senior Client Accountant to join their team.

Key
Responsibilities: Prepare and manage service charge budgets and year-end accounts for residential properties.
Ensure accurate and timely billing of service charges, working closely with property managers.
Reconcile service charge accounts, including variance analysis and adjustments.
Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, and external auditors regarding service charge queries and disputes.
Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Assist in forecasting and financial planning for the residential team.
Key
Requirements: Experience in service charge accounting, ideally within residential property management.
Strong knowledge of relevant UK legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
Proficiency in accounting software (e. g., Qube, Yardi, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
