This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded project professional who enjoys working on complex, high-profile developments and wants to play a key role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact on communities and the built environment.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and stakeholders, taking projects from feasibility and procurement through to delivery and handover.
Key Responsibilities Lead the successful delivery of multiple projects from inception through to completion.
Act as the client's representative and trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project governance, reporting and decision-making processes.
Oversee programme, cost, risk and quality management functions.
Coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams and external stakeholders.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership teams, boards and public sector stakeholders.
Support procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant public sector frameworks and regulations.
Manage contract administration and project controls.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional support and services.
