A council based in Hampshire are looking for an experienced interim to join their service to lead across Environmental Health, Port Health, Trading Standards and Licensing services.
The Role
- £650 daily rate (Inside IR35)
- Hampshire based Council
- 37 hours per week
- 1 day in office per week minimum
- Start end of January or February
- 6 months (possible extension)
What Is Required
- Focus on proven leadership in Environmental Health, Port Health, Trading Standards and Licensing services.
- Significant senior management experience within Public Protection or a related regulatory environment.
- Strong understanding of the legislative and regulatory framework governing Environmental Health, Port Health, Trading Standards and Licensing.
- Proven ability to operate at a strategic level, providing professional advice and influencing senior stakeholders and elected members.
- Experience of managing complex risk, enforcement activity and multi-agency working.
- Demonstrable leadership, financial acumen and experience of driving service improvement and transformation.
