Industrial Development Company that is expanding in Europe.I have partnered with an innovative industrial developer who are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team.You’ll be leading the transactional and financial teams to ensure utmost efficiency is upheld whilst working closely with a variety of clients across different commercial, mixed used and Operational Living portfolios.This role offers a unique chance to shape the financial strategies of the business and contribute to its success whilst liaising with senior leadership and board level.Leadership & Strategy: Oversee and manage the internal finance team, providing strategic financial guidance and leadership.Financial Operations: Manage all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.Systems & Controls: Develop and enhance the management information systems, internal controls, and financial reporting.Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and cash flow projections.Cash Flow Management: Monitor banking activities to ensure adequate cash flow.Represent the Group with external stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.Essential Skills:Strong understanding of corporate financial management and accounting principles.Proficiency in managing relationships with financial institutions.Knowledge of payroll, audit, and tax/VAT regulations.Qualifications:Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Over 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.If you are excited by new projects and opportunities and have a “can do” attitude, we would love to hear from you.
