I have partnered with an innovative industrial developer who are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team.

You’ll be leading the transactional and financial teams to ensure utmost efficiency is upheld whilst working closely with a variety of clients across different commercial, mixed used and Operational Living portfolios.

This role offers a unique chance to shape the financial strategies of the business and contribute to its success whilst liaising with senior leadership and board level.

Key

Responsibilities: Leadership & Strategy: Oversee and manage the internal finance team, providing strategic financial guidance and leadership.

Financial

Operations: Manage all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.

Systems & Controls: Develop and enhance the management information systems, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports and cash flow projections.

Management: Monitor banking activities to ensure adequate cash flow.

Relationship

Management: Represent the Group with external stakeholders such as bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.

Essential

Skills: Strong understanding of corporate financial management and accounting principles.

Experience in process improvement and change management.

Proficiency in managing relationships with financial institutions.

Knowledge of payroll, audit, and tax/VAT regulations.

Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Over 5 years of post-qualification experience in a senior finance role.

Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office.
