One of our East of England clients is looking for a Food Safety Officer to assist their close-knit Commercial team from February 2026 on an interim basis.
- Duty CAT A - E inspections
- Complaints response
- RIDDORs (not essential but advantageous)
Requirement:
- BSc or MSc in Environmental Health or Higher Certificate in Food Control
- EHRB or CIEH registered
- Up-to-date competency framework
- 20 hours CPD (minimum 10 hours core in Food)
Package:
- £40 - £50 per hour (DOE) - Umbrella
- Full-time 37 hours per week
- Hybrid 2 - 3 days per week on site, 2 - 3 days WFH
- 3 - 6 months contract (potentially longer)
