Overview

In this Finance Manager role, you will take ownership of a portfolio of residential assets, delivering strong financial management and insightful commercial analysis.

You’ll partner with operations and commercial teams to drive performance and support decision‑making in a fast-growing property-focused group.

This is a hands-on position with end-to-end control, opportunity to influence processes, and exposure to senior leadership across a dynamic real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analyses and financial reporting
  • Manage rent and income processes, including collections, arrears monitoring and reconciliations
  • Produce annual budgets, forecasts and long-term financial plans
  • Support year-end accounts, audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Business partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Monitor financial controls and identify process improvements
  • Assist with systems optimisation and ongoing finance transformation initiatives
  • Support the growth of the business through clear financial analysis and reporting
  • Key requirements
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or nearing completion)
  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Confidence to work independently and own area
  • Experience in property, real estate, residential, hospitality, or asset-intensive sectors advantageous
