We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to deliver Intapp implementations for clients across legal, professional services, private equity and financial services sectors.
This role focuses on configuring, deploying and optimising Intapp solutions whilst acting as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, design solutions, configure platforms, deliver testing and training, and ensure clients achieve maximum value from their investment.
The role combines consulting, business analysis, solution design and implementation delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and client engagement. Intapp implementation teams commonly lead requirements gathering, configuration, deployment, adoption and training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Discovery & Solution Design
- Facilitate requirements workshops with client stakeholders
- Analyse business processes and operational challenges
- Design Intapp solutions aligned to client objectives
- Produce solution documentation and configuration specifications
- Recommend best-practice approaches based on platform capabilities
Platform Configuration
- Configure Intapp solutions to meet client requirements
- Configure workflows, processes, forms and business rules
- Support integrations with third-party systems
- Configure reporting, dashboards and user experiences
- Support testing and validation activities
Project Delivery
- Lead implementation workstreams from initiation to go-live
- Manage project deliverables and implementation activities
- Maintain implementation documentation and project records
- Monitor risks, dependencies and issues
- Ensure delivery meets quality and commercial expectations
Training & Adoption
- Develop training materials and user documentation
- Deliver administrator and end-user training
- Support change management activities
- Deliver structured knowledge transfer sessions
- Enable clients to manage and optimise solutions independently
Technical Consultancy
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementations
- Troubleshoot platform and configuration issues
- Support optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain awareness of product developments and new functionality
- Contribute to internal capability and service development
Client Engagement
- Build trusted client relationships
- Act as a strategic advisor during implementations
- Support stakeholder engagement and communication
- Identify opportunities for additional services and enhancements
- Represent Oyster IMS professionally at all times
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience implementing enterprise SaaS platforms
- Experience with Intapp, DealCloud or comparable platforms
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills
- Business process mapping experience
- Requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience
- Training delivery and knowledge transfer experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- CRM, workflow or professional services platform experience
- Legal, private equity or professional services sector experience
- SQL, reporting or integration experience
- Project management certification
