We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a shared portfolio of approx. 350 residential properties whilst providing excellent customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for the property market.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Act as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Ensure compliance with all housing legislation and safety requirements
- Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes
- Arrange property inspections and follow up on issues
- Arrange and oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Instruct and manage contractors and suppliers
- Manage rent arrears
- Prepare landlord statements and financial reports
- Handle tenant queries
- Ensure deposits are correctly protected and administered
- Serve notices and manage evictions
