Our Client is a growing proptech business entering an exciting new phase of development, and are looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to join their digital team. You'll become part of a collaborative technology function working across multiple product workstreams in a fully remote, UK-based role with occasional in-person meetups.

The primary role of the Quality Assurance Engineers is to ensure teams deliver products that truly meet user needs. You'll champion quality across the development lifecycle, helping squads remain accountable for the completeness and quality of their output while continuously improving testing practices and processes.

You should be prepared to travel to London or Birmingham approximately once every 6 weeks for team planning sessions, hackathons, and occasional social events.

Day to Day

  • You'll join a multi-skilled product squad, working alongside front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers.
  • You'll actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to the delivery of backlog items across two-week sprints.
  • QA Engineers are involved early in product planning and refinement, helping shape requirements and ensure quality is embedded from the outset.
  • Each squad has a strong sense of ownership over its work, and there is a continuous focus on improving engineering maturity and delivery standards.
