Your role
As a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor , you’ll support customers with travel-related queries and deliver a seamless experience across multiple channels.
You will:
Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide clear, efficient, and empathetic solutions
Build strong relationships with customers
Stay up to date with promotions and company updates
Work closely with your team to maintain excellent service standards
What you’ll need
Fluent German and English
Previous experience in customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office
Ability to stay calm under pressure
A proactive, positive attitude and desire to succeed
