We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Property Manager to join our team. This role involves managing a shared portfolio of approximately 350 residential properties whilst providing excellent customer service to both Landlords and Tenants. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for the property market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
  • Act as main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  • Ensure compliance with all housing legislation and safety requirements
  • Manage tenant onboarding, renewals, and end-of-tenancy processes
  • Arrange property inspections and follow up on issues
  • Arrange and oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Instruct and manage contractors and suppliers
  • Manage rent arrears
  • Prepare landlord statements and financial reports
  • Handle tenant queries
  • Ensure deposits are correctly protected and administered
  • Serve notices and manage tenancy breaches where required
  • Coordinate inventories, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Advise landlords on compliance and property performance
  • Maintain accurate property and tenancy records
  • Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism
  • Handle deposit returns
  • Handle rent insurance/eviction claims
  • Serve Section notices
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in residential property management is a must
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • ARLA qualified preferred
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in using property management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 2 PM
