They are a group of solutions-focused data experts, passionate about helping clients achieve amazing things whether it’s through expertly engineered data platforms or innovative analytics and strategic planning.

We are looking for a talented individual to join an amazing Client Services team, to be at the forefront of driving transformation and growth for our clients. You will have had experience working with marketing technologies, supporting the planning and implementation of customer strategies in addition to drawing actionable insights from data analytics to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations.

Skills requirement:
  • 2+ years’ experience gained within the direct/data marketing industry, preferably with demonstrable experience in working with both digital and offline datasets
  • Knowledge of the processes involved in developing and maintaining large databases for clients
  • Comfortable with analysis and interpreting insight to create actionable strategies
  • Familiar with best practice reporting and KPIs
  • Confident in communicating and owning and chairing meetings that engage with a variety of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Customer Lifecycle strategies across multiple channels
  • Demonstrates commercial awareness and impact to client profitability
  • Degree level, IDM Diploma or equivalent and numerate

Responsibilities:
  • Understand clients' objectives to proactively explore potential project opportunities that would be valuable to the client and profitable for the business alongside managing the existing roadmap
  • Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to become the client's key contact and trusted partner
  • Maintain open and constructive communications, conducting regular review sessions in conjunction with the Senior Account Manager or Account Director to develop the account
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to translate client requirements into data-driven campaigns and reporting solutions, managing the end-to-end process to ensure that projects are delivered on schedule to specification
  • Delivering accurate billing and time management reports to fulfil commercial responsibilities
  • Helping our clients to measure success through tracking and analysis, interpreting data trends to convert insight into actionable recommendations
  • Motivate and support the team at all stages of client assignments; from the briefing stage through to project implementation, providing QA where applicable to ensure we are implementing according to best practice
  • Keep up to date with trends and developments in the clients’ marketplaces, participating in industry events where relevant
  • On-board junior members of the Account Team and manage delegation of tasks where appropriate
