Position: Russian Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00am to 4:30pm

Location: Fountainbridge, Edinburgh

Salary: £26,800

  • Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
  • Resolving queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism

  • Supporting ad hoc projects as required

What Youll Need

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Strong communication skills
