What Youll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for travel-related queries
- Assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email
- Resolving queries with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Participating in regular team huddles
- Keeping up to date with promotions, initiatives, and company policies
- Supporting ad hoc projects as required
What Youll Need
- Previous customer service experience
- Fluency in Russian and English
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong typing skills
- Ability to remain calm and logical under pressure
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a desire to achieve targets and continuously develop
