We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £3 million industrial unit conversion project based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a fast-paced refurbishment scheme, managing the project from site through to successful completion.
The works include:
- Full office fit-out
- Internal refurbishment works
- External refurbishment
- Cladding installation and replacement
- Coordination of subcontractors and programme delivery
- Client liaison and progress reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering industrial or commercial refurbishment projects
- Strong background managing fit-out and refurbishment schemes
- Experience overseeing external works and cladding packages would be highly advantageous
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Strong understanding of health & safety and programme management
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Able to start at short notice
