We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a £3 million industrial unit conversion project based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to take full responsibility for a fast-paced refurbishment scheme, managing the project from site through to successful completion.

The works include:

  • Full office fit-out
  • Internal refurbishment works
  • External refurbishment
  • Cladding installation and replacement
  • Coordination of subcontractors and programme delivery
  • Client liaison and progress reporting
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering industrial or commercial refurbishment projects
  • Strong background managing fit-out and refurbishment schemes
  • Experience overseeing external works and cladding packages would be highly advantageous
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and programme management
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
  • Able to start at short notice
