Overview

Permanent Site Agent – HS2 | Aylesbury

Permanent | Major Infrastructure Project. We’re working with a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering key packages on HS2, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Site Agent on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run site operations properly on large, complex civil engineering schemes and is comfortable working in a high-profile, safety-critical environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing site operations on HS2 work packages
• Ensuring health & safety, quality and environmental standards are met at all times
• Planning and coordinating labour, plant and materials
• Supervising engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Driving programme and resolving site issues proactively
• Client and stakeholder liaison
• Assisting with RAMS, permits and reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Agent on major civils / infrastructure projects
• Background in highways, rail, earthworks, structures or heavy civils
• Strong understanding of H&S and quality systems
• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), First Aid
• Able to work in and around the Aylesbury area
• HS2 experience beneficial but not essential
