Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Projects Based in Kenilworth. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering projects in and around the West Midlands. The company operates across a range of civils sectors including groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, highways and reinforced concrete works, with a strong pipeline of secured work across the Midlands. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, a strong project portfolio and genuine progression opportunities within an established regional contractor.

The Role:

  • Managing commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from start through to final account
  • Subcontractor procurement and management
  • Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
  • Assisting with monthly CVRs and forecasting
  • Working closely with site and operational teams
  • Managing client and subcontractor relationships
  • Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
  • Background in groundworks, highways, infrastructure or drainage preferred
  • RC experience would be beneficial
  • Good understanding of NEC contracts
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Full UK driving licence
