Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor – Permanent Projects Based in Kenilworth. We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering projects in and around the West Midlands. The company operates across a range of civils sectors including groundworks, infrastructure, drainage, highways and reinforced concrete works, with a strong pipeline of secured work across the Midlands. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability, a strong project portfolio and genuine progression opportunities within an established regional contractor.
The Role:
- Managing commercial aspects of civil engineering projects from start through to final account
- Subcontractor procurement and management
- Preparing valuations, variations and cost reports
- Assisting with monthly CVRs and forecasting
- Working closely with site and operational teams
- Managing client and subcontractor relationships
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering
- Background in groundworks, highways, infrastructure or drainage preferred
- RC experience would be beneficial
- Good understanding of NEC contracts
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Full UK driving licence
