We’re looking for an experienced Civils Project Manager to take control of a groundworks and drainage package on a live job in Leamington Spa. This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk role – you’ll be expected to run the job properly, manage the site team, keep things moving, and deal with the day-to-day realities of delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running the project on site from start through to completion
- Managing engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
- Keeping the programme on track and pushing progress where needed
- Dealing with clients and keeping communication straightforward and honest
- Working with the commercial team on costs, variations, and any issues
- Making sure standards are met without overcomplicating things
What we’re after:
- Solid experience delivering groundworks and drainage schemes
