We are currently recruiting for a Regional Trainer to support our Homes across the South East of England. If you’re ready to bring your passion for caregiving to Oyster Care Homes and help us elevate our standards of care, we want to hear from you!
- Planning, implementing and delivering mandatory, statutory and other identified bespoke training to all team members.
- Ensure that the regulatory statistics for training are maintained as per company policy and KPI’s.
- Instill a positive and proactive culture throughout all aspects of training from induction and beyond.
- The ability to deliver innovative and unique training to capture the interests of every learner.
Ensure the Oyster Care Homes' values are always maintained and that each team member treats everyone in the way that they would expect to be treated themselves.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering training in a Care Home setting. Be prepared to travel to other homes outside of your own portfolio if required. Caring environment (preferably within care of older people) committed to a structured approach to training and development of team members.
00, Monday to Friday with an element of flexibility as and when required. This will equate to 40 hours per week in total. Our screening and recruitment process is conducted in line with Oyster Care Homes’ Safeguarding Policy.
