What You'll Do:
- Manage and administer medication
- Review and update resident care plans
- Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example
- Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Follow care plans carefully, always maintaining a warm and friendly approach
- Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
- Report any changes in residents' well-being to senior staff
- Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
- Assist with light cleaning duties and room tidying
- Help serve and support residents during mealtimes
Shifts Available:
- Days: 08:00 - 20:00 (Β£14.85/hour)
- Nights: 20:00 - 08:00 (Β£15.25/hour)
