Oyster Care Homes are focused on making our homes not just luxury places for our residents to live, but also wonderful places for our team members to work. As a Senior Care Assistant at Furze Field Manor, Sayers Common, you will have a high level of responsibility which will include managing and administering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, as well as mentoring less experienced staff, whilst leading by example as an integral part of the Care Team. This is a busy role where the highest level of care must be delivered to ensure our residents needs are met. You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off with the following shift options: Full Time Days: 08:00-20:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week.
