Are you an experienced care assistant with an NVQ Level 2 qualification? Looking to take the next step in your career? Join our amazing team at Ponbay Lodge, Hastings, due to open July 2025!

What You\’ll Do: Manage and administer medication Review and update resident care plans Mentor less experienced staff and lead by example Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents\’ needs are met with compassion

Your Responsibilities: Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents Follow care plans carefully, always maintaining a warm and friendly approach Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld Report any changes in residents\’ well-being to senior staff Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times Assist with light cleaning duties and room tidying Help serve and support residents during mealtimes

Shifts Available:
Nights:20:00 – 08:00 (£15.25/hour)
