What You'll Do:
- Changing of beds
- Tidying residents' room with permission
- Encourage and support residents
- Deliver exceptional care, ensuring residents' needs are met with compassion
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents
- Follow care plans carefully, always maintaining a warm and friendly approach
- Ensure safety and infection control standards are upheld
- Report any changes in residents' well-being to senior staff
- Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
- Assist with light cleaning duties and room tidying
- Help serve and support residents during mealtimes
Shifts Available:
- Full Time Days 08:00-20:00 totalling an average of 42 hours per week £13.75
- Full Time Nights 20:00-08:00 totalling an average of 42 hours per week £13.85
