Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor care teams to ensure residents receive the best care.
- Act as the person in charge during absence of the General or Care Manager.
- Provide outstanding personal care following individual care plans.
- Maintain health, safety, and infection control standards.
- Conduct move-in assessments and formulate care plans.
- Manage and administer medications responsibly.
- Ensure confidentiality and support staff appraisals and supervisions.
- Perform general care duties as needed.
Shifts Available: Nights: 20:00 - 08:00 (£16.25/hour)
