We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to join our Delegat Europe team in our central London offices. In this pivotal role, you will drive profitable growth for our iconic Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands. You will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of key accounts and executing strategic annual business plans to enhance brand distribution and customer relationships.

What you’ll be doing

Key Account Management:

  • Achieve sales volume and profit targets through effective management of key accounts.
  • Maximise brand distribution and ensure leading representation in your portfolio.
  • Build lasting relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Identify growth opportunities using market insights and collaborate on joint business plans.
  • Plan and analyse trade promotional activities effectively.

Business Planning & Reporting:

  • Engage in the annual business planning process and ensure customer understanding of plans.
  • Monitor account performance and provide insights on budget performance and market developments

Forecasting & Administration:

  • Prepare and update forecasts, promotional plans, and account plans monthly.
  • Process monthly expenses promptly and address customer invoice queries efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions signed by customers.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven track record in managing leading key accounts and driving growth.
  • Experience with premium brands, demonstrating a balance of progression and appreciation to company values.
  • Proven track record within the Top 4 Grocers working across premium categories.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Demonstrated interest in wines with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
  • WSET qualification is a plus.
