We’re looking for a passionate and driven Deputy Manager to join our Oysho team. If you love leading from the front, coaching others and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, product-focused environment — this could be your next move.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the General Manager to drive store performance and deliver strong commercial results
  • Lead from the shop floor with energy, ownership and pace
  • Coach your team to deliver expert product knowledge and personalised customer experiences
  • Ensure high visual standards and smooth, inspiring customer journeys
  • Support stock flow, operations and compliance with strong attention to detail
  • Build an inclusive, engaged and high-performing team
