About us Oxyile is a fintech startup making lending simpler, safer and fairer.
We're building a peer-to-peer lending platform that uses smart contracts to automate loans, and we connect everyday bank payments with blockchain technology (Polygon L2).
We've come through the FCA Digital Sandbox, built our early MVP, and launched Oliver, our AI assistant.
Now we're ready to grow, and we're looking for someone to build the next chapter with us.
The opportunity We're looking for a Co-Founder to join our leadership team and work side by side with our CEO.
Your job will be to help take Oxyile from MVP to a fully regulated platform that can scale globally.
This isn't a 9-to-5.
It's a partnership for someone who wants real ownership and wants to build something from the ground up.

Key responsibilities & UK / FCA compliance
- Fundraising and growth: Work with us on raising venture capital, pitching to angel investors, and securing SEIS/EIS investment.
- Partnerships: Connect traditional payment providers (like Go Cardless) with our Web3 technology, and negotiate those partnerships.
- Regulation and compliance: Lead our roadmap for FCA authorisation, AML/KYC and risk management.
- Product and tech: Help shape how our smart contracts and Oliver evolve, so the platform stays reliable and trustworthy.
- Team and culture: Help hire, mentor and lead a great team of engineers, growth specialists and compliance professionals.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in fintech.
You've worked in the industry, ideally in P2P lending, payments, De Fi or a similar space, and you've seen what it takes to build or grow a product.
- Familiar with UK regulation. You understand the FCA landscape, or you've worked through sandboxes or compliance frameworks before.
- A founder's mindset. You're comfortable with risk, good at solving problems, and you get things done in a fast-moving startup.
- Strong in at least one area: financial operations, business development, or blockchain architecture.
