OxyHealthCare Sheffield Clinic (S35 2PX) is expanding, and we are recruiting a motivated Office & Sales Administrator to join our team at our Sheffield headquarters. This is a full-time role covering Saturday 9am-5pm plus four weekdays, supporting both front-of-house operations and patient care.

About the Role

This position plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for both administrative excellence and sales performance through patient onboarding and chamber time bookings. You will be trained in the fundamentals of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) so you can confidently discuss treatment options, understand patient needs, and advise appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-house duties including greeting patients and managing appointments.
  • Selling HBOT chamber time and supplements, with commission incentives.
  • Handling daily administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Managing emails, booking systems, and patient records with accuracy.
  • Delivering a high standard of patient communication both in person and over the phone.
  • Developing a solid baseline understanding of HBOT and how it supports different conditions.
  • Working closely with the management team to maintain clinic flow and patient experience.
  • Utilising AI tools for improved workflow, communication, and operational optimisation.

Essential Skills & Requirements

  • Strong computer skills confident with booking systems, email platforms, digital tools.
  • Excellent communication & patient-facing skills warm, professional, and reassuring.
  • Sales confidence ability to communicate the value of HBOT and convert enquiries.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative work.
  • Ability to integrate AI tools into daily tasks (or a keen willingness to learn).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time efficiently.
  • Reliability especially for Saturday hours and consistent weekday availability.

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Previous healthcare, wellness, reception, or sales experience.
  • An interest in health optimisation, sports recovery, or holistic treatments.
  • Experience using AI (ChatGPT or similar) within administrative workflows.
