The role of Guest Hosts is to be the face of Oxygen, greeting guests and visitors with warm smiles and treating everyone like friends and family. They set the tone for the customer journey, helping children feel excited and parents assured about their experience. Being friendly, organised, and professional are key to success in this role. Guest Hosts have the opportunity to create memorable moments, from smooth check-ins to sign-posting the park and building excitement. They will also promote and sell upcoming events and additional activities to ensure everyone maximises their time with us. Collaboration with other teams in the café, on courts, and at parties is crucial for clear communication and providing the best customer experience.
