We need the successful applicant to be in London twice a month during payroll processing days.

The salary is pro-rata based on a salary of 35K-40K.

Payroll Executive to join our Finance team.

The

Payroll Executive will own the monthly payroll cycle for 19 parks and the central team, ensuring payroll, pensions and HRIS data are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

You will be our Fourth HRIS expert supporting the business efficiency by instilling best-practice use of the system by all users.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent Attention to Detail – you’ve an eye for spotting errors or inconsistencies when reviewing payroll reports
  • Strong Communicator – you can explain technical information clearly and positively.
  • Adaptable – you can work well with all levels of the team from the Café Crew to Heads of Departments
  • Collaborative – you can support The People Team in the creation of training documentation in order to better support users and instill a culture of ‘best practice’.
  • 2+ years processing payroll for a multi-site business – you've done it before and can hit the ground running
  • Fourth HRIS – you’ve used Fourth HRIS previously either processing end-to-end payroll or using their Payroll Bureau service.
  • UK Legislation – you have a strong knowledge of payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, statutory payments and HMRC reporting requirements.
