The role of Guest Hosts is to be the face of Oxygen, greeting guests and visitors with warm smiles and treating everyone like friends and family. Guest Hosts set the tone for the customer journey, helping children feel excited and parents assured about their experience. Being friendly, organised, and professional are key to success in this role. High energy and a positive outlook will help during busy and quieter times.
Guest Hosts have the first opportunity to create memorable moments, from smooth check-in to sign-posting the park and building excitement. They will also discuss and sell upcoming events and additional activities to ensure everyone maximises their time with us. Collaboration with other teams in the café, on courts, and at parties is essential for clear communication and providing the best customer experience.
