Guest Hosts have the first opportunity to create moments that matter, from smooth check-in to sign-posting the park and building excitement and anticipation. They will also discuss and sell upcoming events and additional activities to ensure everyone maximises their time with us. Collaboration with other teams in the café, on courts, and at parties is crucial for clear communication and providing the best customer experience.
