Role Purpose
To lead, optimise, and innovate across all digital channels, ensuring our brand stands out, our customers stay engaged, and our digital performance fuels business growth. Youâll be the strategic driver behind our online presence, CRM journey, and digital campaigns, turning data into action and ideas into impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Work with the CMO and HOM to develop and deliver a highâimpact digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own all digital channels including website, paid media, SEO, email, social, and digital feedback tools
- Manage digital campaigns endâtoâend, from concept to optimisation
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing
- Lead the CRM strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation
- Map and optimise the customer lifecycle, ensuring personalised and timely communications
- Oversee segmentation, automation, and performance of CRM campaigns working with the team to ensure best in class execution
- Social & Reputation Management
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all digital touchpoints
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to plan, deliver, and optimise paid and organic social activity, produce engaging, onâbrand content
- Champion innovation, from new formats to emerging platforms
- Implement and optimise digital feedback mechanisms to capture customer insight and improve experience
- Performance Marketing, Acquisition and Revenue
- Manage, monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance across all channels
- Use insights to drive continuous improvement and smarter decisionâmaking
- Review performance, challenge insights, and ensure continuous optimisation of acquisition and revenueâdriving campaigns
- Ensure strong integration between paid media, website landing pages, and CRM journeys
- Own performance marketing budgets effectively to maximise ROI
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with operations, commercial, and creative teams
- Manage agency partners and freelancers where required
- Support the wider marketing team with digital expertise and guidance
