  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead targeted projects to enhance internal processes and workflows, boosting overall organisational efficiency.
  • Commercial Lease Management & Legal Support: Manage, negotiate, and administer commercial leases, including rent reviews and renewals while providing legal support and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and lease terms.

About You

  • Organised and Structured: You excel in managing diverse projects, including construction, technical upgrades, and data-driven initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met for all types of projects.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have the ability to see the bigger picture and balance high-level goals with attention to detail, ensuring that both short-term objectives and long-term outcomes are aligned.
  • Adaptable and Resilient: You thrive in dynamic environments and are capable of pivoting between project types, quickly adapting to changing priorities or new challenges.
  • Collaborative Leader: You are a strong communicator and work well with a variety of teams, from technical experts to external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and taking ownership of project challenges.
  • Problem-Solver: You approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, handling issues efficiently and keeping projects on track.
  • Fast Learner: You quickly grasp new concepts, whether it’s a new data system or a process improvement, adapting your approach to maximise project success.
  • Experienced Project Manager: You have a proven track record in managing a wide range of projects, from construction to process improvements and technical upgrades.
  • Attention to Detail/thoroughness in task completion: You have the ability to produce precise and error-free work, together with the ability to complete tasks with a high degree of thoroughness and care, recognising that even small improvements and marginal gains can lead to significant overall success.
  • Certifications: You hold relevant certifications in project management (PRINCE2, PMP, RICS or equivalent) and are proficient in project management tools and software.

This is an exciting and critical role within our team, ideal for a Project Manager with diverse project experience.
