From the iconic shores of Mykonos to some of the world’smost celebrated destinations, Nammos has become synonymous with elevatedMediterranean cuisine, vibrant energy, and refined hospitality. What started asa beachfront restaurant in 2003 has evolved into a globally recognisedlifestyle brand known for exceptional food, atmosphere, and unforgettableexperiences.
Nammos has arrived in London, bringing our signature styleand culinary excellence to one of the city’s most exciting locations. This is arare opportunity to be part of a landmark opening and to build somethingextraordinary from the very beginning.
This is a founding finance role for ourLondon flagship, and a genuine step up for the right person. Nammos London doesnot yet have an established on-site finance function - you will build it, thenrun it as the restaurant scales. You'll be the finance lead on the ground inMayfair, reporting directly to the Group CFO and working hand-in-glove with theGeneral Manager and the Group Finance team.
This is a hands-on, operational role withreal autonomy, direct exposure to group leadership, and a clear path to growwith the business as it expands in the UK. It is not a corporate reporting seat - you'll spend as much time on the floor with the operations team as you willin spreadsheets. If you're currently a No. 2 in a good restaurant finance teamand ready to own an entire venue, this is the challenge you've been waitingfor.
You won't be stranded. While you ownfinance on the ground, you'll have direct access to and hands-on support fromthe Group Finance team for technical, statutory, VAT, and audit matters, with anamed point of contact and regular check-ins - especially through your firstmonths. We'll be clear from day one about what you decide independently andwhat you run past group.
