Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage all elements of client relationships and accounts across a portfolio of operational clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships at all levels through first-class engagement.
- Develop, document and execute Client Account and Stakeholder Management Plans.
- Measure client satisfaction through annual review processes.
- Deliver monthly Service Reviews and quarterly Steering Group meetings.
- Manage sourcing and opportunity pipelines alongside clients.
- Handle escalated client concerns, issues and requests.
- Deliver services in line with contractual SLAs and client expectations.
- Achieve internal revenue targets in line with annual budgets.
- Drive continuous improvement through reporting, analysis and collaboration with internal subject matter experts.
- Act as the Voice of the Client within internal discussions and strategy sessions.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, internal teams and third-party service providers.
The Team
The Client Services team are fundamental to Oxygen’s proposition. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of operational clients across the UK, helping to drive performance, improve service delivery, maximise operational outcomes and support client success.Led by our Director of Client Services, you will work closely with colleagues across Implementation and Programmes, Supplier Engagement, Sales, Marketing, Data and Technology to ensure clients receive exceptional service and value from their partnership
