You will work closely with the Deputy and Park Manager to develop, lead and empower your highly motivated and talented team to deliver our four values: pride, passion, playing together and moments of WOW-ness.
You will deliver the day-to-day running of the park spanning the entire customer journey, leading by example to deliver exceptional and engaging customer service. You will inspire and coach your team to do the same.
You will ensure compliance with brand standards and SOPs and challenge performance when needed. You will be an inclusive leader who demonstrates respect, collaboration and takes collective responsibility in all you do.
