This is far more than a reporting role. You'll be at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders to turn data into insight, challenge thinking, uncover opportunities and help drive smarter decisions. You'll play a key role in ensuring we remain commercially agile, operationally focused and relentlessly committed to delivering great experiences for our guests and teams. We’re looking for someone who shares our values of curiosity, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Someone who is energised by pace, embraces challenge, and enjoys solving complex problems in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. Working across our multi-brand, multi-site estate, you'll help leaders understand the story behind the numbers, improve performance, and support ambitious growth plans through robust forecasting, insightful analysis and strategic financial planning.
Skills and Experience
- Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
- 4+ years experience in FP&A in hospitality/retail
- Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Strong financial modelling capability.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience using business intelligence tools, including PowerBI
- Experience supporting a Private Equity-backed business
- Superb organisational skills – you're methodical, structured, and thrive on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong attention to detail – you spot errors others miss and take real pride in getting things right
- Excellent time management – you can juggle deadlines across multiple brands without breaking a sweat
- Adaptable and comfortable with change – you roll with it and keep a positive, proactive mindset
- Tech confident – with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive and SharePoint
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic – you own your role, drive your day, and are passionate about contributing to the team
