- What You'll Be Doing
- Owning and growing a portfolio of 4-6 major strategic accounts, with real scope to expand reach and revenue across Europe
- Building a strategic sales plan that identifies exactly where growth will come from — and delivering it
- Developing sophisticated, tailored proposals that align with client objectives — no shopping lists, no box-ticking
- Cultivating genuine, mutually beneficial relationships at senior and C-suite level
- Leading and directing account teams to prioritise opportunities and execute clear action plans
- Overseeing successful campaign delivery to maximise repeat business and account growth
- Owning the financial health of your portfolio — revenue, billings, forecasting, and CRM accuracy
- Working with autonomy through ambiguity — networking internally to build solutions that are both deliverable and commercially sound
- Turning performance data into compelling insight for your clients
- Representing the business at industry conferences and exhibitions
