Oxwash is a sustainable on-demand laundry and dry cleaning start-up founded in Oxford. Oxwash uses electric cargo bikes to collect and deliver the laundry directly to their customers' door, before washing the items using state-of-the-art low temperature technology. Job Description
Oxwash is looking for a Laundry Manager to join the team in our sustainable laundry facility in Oxford. Ideal hours: 13:00-22:00, Monday to Friday. There is flexibility in the hours for the right candidate. This role would be perfectly suited to someone with commercial laundry experience who is looking for a management role within an exciting start-up company.
Key Responsibilities
- Finishing Wet Clean items
- Quality control
- Working alongside our existing Laundry Manager and delivery riders
- Maintaining sustainability at every corner
- Data recording and analysis
Previous Experience
- 1+ years working in commercial laundry (desirable)
- 1+ years wet cleaning processing and finishing (desirable)
- 1+ year of management experience (desirable)
